Jeff Sessions directs prosecutors to seek death penalty in certain drug cases

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is encouraging all U.S. attorneys to pursue the death penalty in certain drug cases, hours after President Trump said this option needs to be considered more.

“I strongly encourage federal prosecutors to use these statutes, when appropriate, to aid in our continuing fight against drug trafficking and the destruction it causes in our nation,” Sessions wrote in a memo sent Tuesday and made public Wednesday.

President Trump brought up the proposal during a speech Monday in New Hampshire in which he rolled out his administration’s new plan to fight opioid abuse.

"If we don't get tough on the drug dealers, we're wasting our time," Trump told the crowd. ”That toughness includes the death penalty."

If you don't like the law, change it.

(b) As used in this section and section 1959—
(1) “anything of pecuniary value” means anything of value in the form of money, a negotiable instrument, a commercial interest, or anything else the primary significance of which is economic advantage;
(2) “facility of interstate or foreign commerce” includes means of transportation and communication; and
(3) “State” includes a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.

That's the capper.

But it's predicated on Clinical Trial results proving Behaviors which will lead to death.

And since I have provided Clinical Trial Data till I'm blue contradicting the safety and efficacy of Mind Control drugs already, and am continually reminded by members who can't be bothered to Read the damn things, . . . . that they choose to BELIEVE differently than the data shows, . . . . Sessions Death Penalty urgings are going nowhere.

Because he'll never get a Jury to understand the nature of death/level of Drug Maker Complicity, by drug addiction either.
