WASHINGTON (CNN) - President Donald Trump met with a lawyer who represented then-President Bill Clinton during the impeachment process and is talking with him about a role at the White House, The New York Times reported Saturday. The Times, citing four people familiar with the matter, said Trump met with lawyer Emmet T. Flood in the Oval Office about joining the team as Trump and his allies continue to deal with the special counsel investigation led by former FBI Director Robert Mueller. Two of the sources told the paper that no final decision had been made, and the Times said Flood joining the team would not replace White House lawyer Ty Cobb.http://www.wfmz.com/news/politics/ny-times-trump-looking-at-adding-impeachment-lawyer-to-wh-team/714424684
Based on the last 3 years of speeches, I had not thought President Trump capable of foresight and logical preparation.
This isn’t an an idea he came up with on his own. There’s only two reasons why you do this:1) You know you did something wrong.2) You expect to lose the House in November.
I sure wish I was as bright as you guys. I haven't a freakin idea what's going to happen in November, but you have it all sussed out. Damn.

Are you saying you can't speculate why President Trump would want an impeachment lawyer?
I truly hope we never end up with impeachment.
My Speculator is fine. It's the Conclusionator I'm not so sure about.
