Russia says it stopped Mitt Romney from becoming secretary of State: report

Russia says it stopped former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney from becoming President Trump’s secretary of State, according to The New Yorker.

The magazine in a report about former Christopher Steele says the British spy authored a separate dossier with “a senior Russian official” as its source. That source said individuals inside Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs claimed to have stopped Romney from becoming head of the State Department.

Anything about the current Christopher Steele?

Journalism and editing ain't what it once was.

I believe Russia has discovered how inept the USA has become, and is playing with us, to an extent.

(FBI had on radar, Sept.  11-2001, Boston, San Bernardino, Ft. Hood, Orlando, Nikolas Cruz, etc. Not to mention meddling on Hillary's behalf, framing Trump by the FBI)

Problem is, as SoS, he would be around for maybe 4 years and be directly under WH control.  Now, you’re looking at 6 years as a Senator with no oversight.
