Cash-Strapped DNC, DCCC Pay Hillary Clinton’s ‘Resistance’ Group Nearly $900,000 Combined for List Acquisitions

The cash-strapped Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) have combined to pay Hillary Clinton's "resistance" group nearly $900,000 for list acquisitions, Federal Election Commission filings show.

The DNC, which is in the midst of facing financial hardships, conjured up $300,000 on Jan. 8 to pay Onward Together, Clinton's group, for "list acquisition," according to the FEC filings. The payment was made to Clinton's organization as state Democratic parties were waiting on $10 million in funding for rebuilding efforts that was initially promised last July.

Why do they even bother calling it the Democrat Party anymore?

Why not just print next years ballots up as between Republicans and The Clinton Foundation?

Democrats form groups.  Republicans form groups.  Party groups of both parties get money from their national party and other groups whose specific reason to exist is to raise money.  Both parties have rich members who donate money to the national group and individual groups. Democrat groups will try to defeat Republicans.  Republican groups will try to defeat Democrats.  Clinton is a Democrat - she can raise money, start groups, just like so-called Republican Trump can raise money and start groups.  Rich people of both parties can form their own groups and raise money, spend money.  That is the way it works.  It would only be unusual if groups were not formed by either party.
