31k is a lot of money (too much) for a table.  Is it used for official functions?   Is there more to the story then just a table?   

regardless, 31k isn't even a drop in the bucket compared to the money the Clintons have stolen.

But that is not relevant here and now.  It is not any type of excuse for the administration that is supposed to know and do better.
