Time to remove federal judges from office?

It is time to remove federal judges whose orders direct the President to perform unconstitutional acts or prevent the President from performing actions granted to him by the Constitution.

A current judicial order directs President Trump to continue Obama's DACA order, which has been determined to be unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. The judge's order is expected to be overturned by the Supreme Court.

The end of the article has the correct response.

It is for the Executive branch of government simply ignoring an edict from an individual judge.

It is within its right to do so as this is an assumed power by Judicial well beyond what was given it by the Constitution which speaks only to the Supreme Court.

If Trump were to do that I'm sure the GOP would jump on the impeach train.

I'm not sure if we need to "go that far" -- yet.

But it's beyond time to start ignoring their edicts, when such rulings become the equivalent of diktats that would order citizens how to run their lives and supersede the function of legislatures.

The role of judges is to be the referee in the courtroom for legal disputes.
Their job is to "maintain the order" within those forums
It is not to "write the orders".
That is the job of the legislatures, elected by "we the people"...
