No @AbaraXas   The "other woman" is one who causes a marriage to break up.  Marla Maples was the "other woman" in Trump's first marriage.  She caused the marriage with Ivana to break apart.

The Donald was separated from Marla for more than a year --- and already dating --- before he first met Melania in the fall of 1998. 

Melania, who didn't even know the Donald at the time, had nothing to do with the Marla/Donald breakup.

It's an equal but opposite fact that nobody really GIS about it.  The people that like him already know and still like him, and the people that don't like him still don't but feel even nore justified in their feeling about it, and will probably increase the volume of their hollering at the wind trying to change minds.

Yep. There is no need to Trumpsplain it. It is just his nature. It is the political payoff and the possiblity of having blackmailable dirt that some should be concerned about. Just like with Bill Clinton.

The only thing you could blackmail Trump on is if he's actually dirt poor.

Just speaking for myself, I'm still trying to cut through the media fog and determine what I think of Trump.  Is Stormy just another media/leftist plot to further incapacitate Trump and his presidency, or does this actually speak to his character? 

And as for the dirt poor, that's probably not an issue now that he has gotten into the White House.

Don't be coy.  Obviously, his character extends beyond wives and other women.  Is he a man who doesn't honor his vows even beyond the most intimate and important relationship of his life?  Do rules apply to other people and not him?  Does he have rules, etc.?

cmon, of course he doesn't.    His history clearly shows that.   Is he good in other ways?  Yes I think so but when it comes to a monogamous relationship?    Theres nothing to indicate it from his past.

The point that you are avoiding is that a man (or woman) who doesn't honor the most basic of vows and rules is not going to honor the less basic vows and rules of life.  That's why it matters.

Sadly, the conclusion I’ve come to is that, for all too many, character only matters if it involves the other party.  If it’s “their guy”, many will defend almost anything.

My whole argument against Trump was his poor character.   Didn't work, he won.

Now what?   Sit and spin for 4 years?   Or try to get some good things done.
