Asylum seeker accused of rape while on probation for rape offense

An Afghan man seeking asylum in Germany has been arrested for the alleged rape of a 13-year-old girl. The allegation comes only a month after he was released from detainment for a prior conviction for a sexual offense.

The asylum seeker committed the rape on Monday, according to Breitbart News, but his 13-year-old alleged victim waited until Wednesday to report it, allegedly because the 18-year-old suspect threatened her.

He will again be jailed, then released within a year, then rape again...
