I don’t know about “stonewallingâ€, but I think the Administration has mismanaged this "Russia thing" from the git-go. Members of the Administration raised doubts about their forthcomings when they “forgot†about meetings with Russians (e.g., Sessions), repeatedly amended security clearance forms with meetings with Russians (e.g., Kushner), misled the American public about a meeting with Russians to get “dirt†on Hillary Clinton (e.g., Don Jr., et al), Flynn lied to the VP about Russia, and they changed their rationale about firing the FBI Director. I’m not saying any of these things are, in and of themselves, criminal, but If there’s really no there, there, you do yourself a disservice by not doing your homework, not being prepared for testimony/paperwork under threat of perjury, and trying to misled people about your actions. I truly believe that had the Administration been forthcoming, honest, and prepared, this whole thing could have been over months ago. Instead, they’ve been repeatedly unprepared, deceptive, misleading, and inconsistent. Yet another self-inflicted wound IMO.
I don't know if Mueller is fair and impartial, but I do know that from the beginning, Trump and many of his supporters and associates have been doing their utmost to stonewall and sabotage this investigation, not to mention the numerous complaints, whines and general hysteria transmitted in news outlets and on social media. Even though I don't like Gowdy, I agree with him here. Let the man do his job. Sure, it's disagreeable, but the more Trump, et al whine, grouse, complain and attempt to stonewall, the more it looks like Trump and his associates have something to hide. We don't know whether the things Mueller is looking at are related to the scope of his investigation or not. They could well be, or they could lead to evidence, of guilt or innocence. Would whiners like another sloppy, corrupt Hillary investigation where the outcome appeared to be pre-determined in her favor? Funny how those who complained about the half-assed Hillary's investigation seem to want want a similar investigation for Trump.
Gowdy is one of the swamp creatures and needs to go.
It's occurred to me that the reason the investigation is taking so long is because Trump and his associates are stonewalling.
I think you might need to make yourself familiar with the background's of Mueller and Rosenstein and their involvement with Uranium One and working in one capacity or another for Bammy and Clinton and then get back to me about President Trump interfering. There is NO collusion except on the part of the DEMS, Mueller, Clinton, Rosenstein -- and the FBI and DOJ are full of swamp creatures who tried to take our President down. Next! I may not like all that Trump is doing, but you really need to open your eyes as to exactly what's going on. Try to not listen to all the liberal leftist mental midget propaganda as what they are doing is exactly what they are accusing others of.
