https://conventionofstates.com/texasWhat has the COS Texas team been up to since the Texas legislature passed the Article V resolution on May 4? Here are a few areas where we've been busy:
We continue to interact with our legislators, developing relationships and communicating the need for a return to the Framers' vision of federalism and government of, by, and for the People. An example was our involvement in Gov. Abbott's special session in July and August.
Have you served in the armed forces? America needs you to defend the Constitution once again and join with fellow veterans in your support of the Convention of States.

COS Texas currently has a need for a State Legislative Liaison, to serve as the interface between Texas legislators and the COS team. As legislative liaison, you will help educate legislators and assist the COS team in developing legislative strategies.

The grassroots are the key to victory -- high numbers ensure success. So are you ready to talk to your friends about the Convention of States Project?
Join our team as a District Captain!
Our goal is to find one District Captain in every Texas state house district. The District Captain's mission is simple: find 100 people in your district willing to contact their state legislators in support of Convention of States legislation next session.
It doesn't take a huge time commitment to make a difference. Five constituent phone calls is often enough to move an issue to the top of a state legislator's priority list. In person meetings are even more effective.
Will it happen? I sure hope so. Website has much more information.
