I don't know how they could get away with this.  It should void the California vote.  Illegals come and vote themselves everything they want.

How about California registers them for Jury Service instead?

Then when they get summoned and show up, they self deliver to Court.

And those that blow off their summons get picked up later on a bench warrant for blowing it off.

I like it,in theory.

In reality it won't work because state law protects them like they were some sort of state bird.
