After Oprah’s grand Golden Globes speech about women’s empowerment and the end of the chauvinistic era of Hollywood, musical artist Seal of “Kissed by a Rose” fame took to Instagram and demolished both Oprah and the Hollywood culture for essentially virtue signaling while changing nothing.

And as if on cue, Seal has now found himself on the receiving end of some accusations himself.

Seal was one of a handful of artists who spoke out against the Hollywood culture which has created so many victims that it’s hard to keep track — and more come forward every day. After the Golden Globes, Seal took to Instagram where he posted a meme of Oprah and Harvey Weinstein with text that read “oh I forgot, that’s right…..you’d heard the rumours but you had no idea he was actually serially assaulting young stary-eyed actresses who in turn had no idea what they were getting into. My bad. #SanctimoniousHollywood.”

But right after his attack on Oprah and Hollywood, actress Tracey Birdsall is suddenly claiming the Seal is a sexual predator himself, according to TMZ. According to her, the two are neighbors and good friends. One day, in 2016, she was in his kitchen retrieving a salad spinner she had lent him when he suddenly launched at her . . .

. . . I can’t say for certain whether or not Birdsall’s story is true, however, it does seem awfully fascinating that the moment Seal spoke out against someone currently being held up as the last, best hope for a leader by the left, he finds himself in the midst of an investigation . . . Since nothing has made people wackier than Donald Trump’s victory and Hillary Clinton’s loss, I can venture to bet that the idea of a powerful new leader to stand up to Trump is too juicy to have questioned by people with high profiles.

At this time, this looks a lot like a warning to others that they should shut up, keep their anti-Oprah opinions to themselves…or else.

  • All deserve a trial if accused
