Manhattan jurors in the Harvey Weinstein rape case have already sent out their first note to the judge, asking for the legal definitions of some elements of the charges against the fallen producer — including “forcible compulsion” and “consent.”

The note came out at 12:12 p.m., less than 45 minutes after the panel was first sequestered in the sensational trial. ... New York Post

Two lawyers following this case was on Dana's show today and they both wouldn't be surprised if Weinstein gets off...their reasoning was that the two critical witnesses still kept in *contact* with Harvey even after being *raped*
