More than 100 business leaders sign letter urging Congress to protect 'Dreamers'
Washington Examiner, Jan 10. 2018, Diana Stancy Correll

More than 100 business leaders signed a letter sent to congressional leaders on Wednesday, requesting they approve legislation that would protect “Dreamers,” those covered by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program which protects those who were brought to the U.S. illegally as children from facing deportation if they meet certain qualifications.

“We write to urge Congress to act immediately and pass a permanent bipartisan legislative solution to enable Dreamers who are currently living, working, and contributing to our communities to continue doing so,” the letter states. “The imminent termination of the DACA program is creating an impending crisis for workforces across the country.”

In other words: "Who will be left to trim our hedges, fold our sheets, and do our laundry?"

Because our "business leaders" certainly must not be asked to do those things themselves, or worse, actually hire Americans to do those jobs...
"The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. -Alexander Solzhenitsyn

They want to protect the people who scrub their toilets, floors, prepare their meals and tend their gardens.  Other than that they probably do not give a rat's about "Dreamers".

They do LOVE their corporate welfare!
"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

Wouldn't it be great if they used their experience and 'dreamed' of turning their native country into a better place?
I disagree.  Circle gets the square.
