I may not have used those words, but, yes, totally.  Though probably not the way you mean it.

I hope he succeeds, but the slaughter of Roy Moore will be nothing compared to the butchering that will be done to Arpaio by the leftists.

The Social Conservative plan to give the Senate to liberal Democrats is proceeding nicely.

@Wingnut

Maybe he can get that evidence from that wagon train of his, you remember, the one that was going to D.C. "any day now"?

He can actually hand carry it to the Senate, should he get elected.

Jeff Flake says Joe Arpaio's Senate bid 'won't last long'

by Al Weaver | Jan 9, 2018, 2:18 PM

Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., on Tuesday dismissed former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s bid for the Republican nomination to replace him in the Senate, and said he'll fizzle out as a candidate.

“Write about it fast because it won’t last long,” Flake told reporters at the Capitol after attending a meeting at the White House on immigration.

Arpaio joins former state Sen. Kelli Ward in the race for the seat after Flake announced that he would not seek re-election last year.

I've liked him as Sheriff, but I'll be damned if I voted for him for Senate.  He's 84, we'd start off with another McCain from day 1.

If by "interesting" you mean total shitshow, I agree.

Arpaio running for Senate will be a bigger shitshow than the Moore fiasco, if he manages to get past the primary.

I was wondering @GrouchoTex if ole Joe will lead his Wagon Train to DC like Trail Master Gil Favor or like the gruff, but good-at-heart Major Seth Adams, backed up by his competent frontier scout, Flint McCullough.

Yup.  Alabama down,  Arizona to go.

Don't forget Missouri and Delaware!  Some would say Nevada, too.

They're being quite successful at helping liberalism's advance.

I'd prefer Ward Bond/Major Adams, but that's because I saw Leonard Nimoy play an indian on one of the episodes.

Arizonans here have already told us, Arpaio will not win in the Republican primary and their reasoning seems sound. I think they say, statewide, he's already demonstrated he's not that popular.

I don't think Joe will run, but at least he's giving the dems something to worry about.

Good point.  But let me tell you, you have never seen a white man play an American Indian till you see Canadian Bill Shatner in War Paint.

Hey, I just saw that, and Bill got a beautiful Squaw and got her pregnant, but, unfortunately, she passed.
