This sounds a bit like one of those stories that could be false like stories about al-Baghdadi being killed. Nonetheless, this will be reported in the news.

ISIS executioner ‘White Beard’ back on the streets after bribing officials for his freedom

A NOTORIOUS ISIS executioner known as White Beard is back on the streets after reportedly bribing officials for his freedom.

Abu Omer is said to have presided over dozens of killings in the terror group’s former stronghold of Mosul in Iraq.

And anti-ISIS groups celebrated when it was revealed a week ago that he’d been detained by members of the Iraq Security Forces.

But now it's been claimed he was free just minutes later after handing officials $7,500 (£5,455) in $100 dollar bills.

Human rights watch group the Clarion Project revealed on its website: "In a remarkable failure of the Iraqi justice system, ISIS’ religious leader was arrested and released just minutes later after paying a $7,500 bribe."

So, according to the article, the Clarion Project broke this. They have been quoted and posted here before.  We will see.
