Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham joked about President Trump referring to himself as a “very stable genius,” saying that description wouldn’t have come to mind for anyone unless Trump himself brought it up.

“If he doesn’t call himself a genius, nobody else will,” Graham said during a Monday appearance on “The View.”

Trump tweeted Saturday that he was “like, really smart” and that he would qualify as “not smart, but genius….and a very stable genius at that!” as questions arose about his mental stability following the release of Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House.

After cracking the joke, Graham went on to defend the president.

Pretty sure Trump was trying to be facetious about that genius thingey.
Geez, Lindsey, do you have anything important to worry about? Like hair ribbons or Justin Timberlake's latest album or something?

I don't know anything about Trump's Intelligence Quotient, but I think it's reasonable to suspect he has a pretty good bead on this Graham fellow.
