Ring of Fire ALERT: Two earthquakes hit within 20 mins of each other in warning hotspot
TWO countries in the Ring of Fire have been hit by earthquakes just minutes apart.

A 4.5 magnitude quake struck in Taron, Papua New Guinea first at 7:37am (local time), before Pondaguitan in the Philippines was hit by a quake 20 minutes later at 7:56am (local time).
Both landed in the Ring of Fire, so-called because a huge number of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions take place there.
