Trump's approval rating spikes to six-month high

President Trump's weekly job approval rose to 39 percent in the final week of December, his highest rating in nearly six months, according to a Gallup poll released late Tuesday.

The last time Gallup respondents approved this highly of Trump was in a July 10-16 survey. Between then and now, Trump's approval rating has hovered between 35 percent and 38 percent.

So let me see if I understand this correctly.

His approval rating has hovered between 35 and 38 percent but has "spiked" to 39 Percent.

Many Americans perceive Trump as being somewhat of a  screwball. Maybe if he would quit the juvenile twitter rants and urination-contests with private citizens, more people would think better of him.
Yeah, I know...it's just not in him to act like an adult....... but we can dream can't we?

I don't think Trump's popularity has ever been that low but I do think it has increased a lot since Trump has actually done some things people like.

The people who first liked Trump still like him and a lot of the people who despised him are coming around.

Clinton got 370 in 1992 with 43% of the vote, tried to claim a mandate, and got laughed out of the room.
