Send ‘Em to Hell! ISIS on the Run in the Middle East
“ISIS has lost 98 percent of the territory it once held,†with 50 percent or more of its self-proclaimed “caliphate†revoked since the inauguration of President Donald Trump less than a year ago, according to reports.
Critics of former President Barack Obama’s approach to the war say there was a lack of progress on his watch due to “onerous†rules and micromanagement of the war.
