I had heard over a year ago that the info on her server included (iirc, over 100) files which were code word access, and not to even be on computer systems which were connected to the internet. That material is the 'need to know' stuff, that frankly I don't see her needing to know, much less have copies of--and definitely NOT on any system which could be accessed from outside.

When you consider that there were a whole host of congressional computers accessed by Wasserman Schulz's crack Pakistani IT team, having those files on an e-mail server is just an insane breach of security.

However, the whole of the Obama era is characterized best by insane seeming schemes which read like "conspiracy theory", which was likely intended to be the best first line of defense should the attempt to expose the criminal acts be made.

The DOJ, in concert with other agencies, including the BATFE facilitated the trafficking of firearms to Drug Cartels and Street Gangs? (not to mention heavier weapons).

Congressman Louie Gohmert brings up the fact that past FBI Director James Comey broke federal law and FBI employee policy by intentionally leaking a memo of his conversations with President Donald Trump to a friend to then leak to the press. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein then agrees with the Congressman.

Louie Gohmert from Texas is not the sharpest tack in the box.  He is wrong about the memo above.  Comey had a dinner with Trump one evening, not on FBI time.  When he left, he made a memo for himself about what was discussed.  He kept that memo at his house; it was his personally.  That is the memo he gave to his friend to give to the press.  He did not want to give it to the press himself as many of them were in front of his house day after day at that time.

Gohmert also said Comey kept some men in prison when he knew they were innocent.  He is speaking of when Comey was an asst. prosecutor with the New York Southern District.  Comey was there many years after these men were put in prison; he wasn't there when that happened many years before he was there.  He was also not the head of the New York Southern District at that time - was just one of the assistants.  It was his boss that could have gotten these men out of prison, not Comey.  That story was false that Comey kept them in prison.  Gohmert latched onto that false story and used it against Comey instead of finding out that story had been debunked.

I think Gohmert was referring to Mueller, not Comey.  It's easy to get them mixed up because Mueller once held the job Comey used to.

In terms of classification, I don't think the fact that Comey wrote a memo to himself would overcome the classification issue. POTUS would have the classification authority for that meeting. For Comey to have released the memo to the press, without any liability over classification, he'd have to have been CERTAIN that POTUS did not consider the meeting the least bit classified--INCLUDING "UNCLAS RESTRICTED." imho

I think this bloke is more than a little . . . "out there" . . . and it is hard to discern what might be true that he's saying;  what might be  disinformation, misinformation or just wrong information.

I do believe that some of what he shares is highly likely true or significantly true. Too many other people have said similar things.

Yet, some of what he says sounds more than a lot off the wall.

When he sounds Biblical--more power to him.

I don't know how much of his info about the DUMBs and the underground highways and tube train stuff is true or mostly true. Certainly a lot of sources have written a lot about such things. Most of it is hard to verify. But the multiplicity of sources indicates that there's SOMETHING going on with such stuff, imho.

There are parts with more interesting info densities and parts that seem like filler, chaff . . . particularly for those well-informed.

I'm highly skeptical that occupying The Getty would solve a great deal--even if it were possible.
