Flynn's perjury case has to have been severely compromised by recent revelations regarding Mueller staffers. I wouldn't be at all surprised if he ends up not being as cooperative as Mueller and the left had hoped.

I'd be willing to bet that Flynn never really lied to the FBI, that he was framed and simply
did not have the resources to fight the full force of a US gov (FBI) determined to nail him
and then nail Trump.

When at Fort Belvoir, in 1967 or 1968, a few of us took the FBI tour. I asked the agent giving the tour about that. He clearly didn't like it but said something about something being worked on.

The best part of the tour was an agent demonstrating the Thompson subgun. They didn't use that anymore but the public liked that demo. The agent was an older, big guy who leaned in a bit and got an amazingly good shot group in auto fire.
