Not for certain, no. And as was pointed out above, there are reasons for these rate increases that have nothing to do with the elimination of net neutrality.

is the argument that these rate increases are due to the elimination of net neutrality, anyway? Net neutrality has nothing to do with across the board rate increases, at all. It has to do with throttling, etc..
You want the free market but yet when customers of the "free market" are dissatisfied with the companies you insult the customers.
Where did I insult customers for being dissatisfied for rates increasing? The insult - if you want to call it that - was a criticism of those who blamed this rate increase on the elimination of net neutrality.
