(Natural News) Hundreds of thousands of acres in Southern California are currently burning to a crisp – with no end in sight – and the state’s governor, Jerry Brown, has decided to politicize these unprecedented wildfires as being a direct consequence of man-made global warming.

During a recent speech he gave while touring neighborhoods in Ventura County, located north of Los Angeles, where most of the fires are taking place, Brown said that Californians should get used to such destruction because it represents a “kind of new normal.”
