    The video shows comedian Emily Fortune Feimster pretending to be the Press Secretary and giving a parody makeup tutorial
    Fortune Feimster dons a brown wig and speaks with a drawl while haphazardly applying heavy layers of makeup
    Twitter users called her out for making fun of another woman's appearance
