President Trump’s Democratic Opponents Ranked
Column: The best and worst the Democratic Party has to offer in 2020

CNN informs me there are "at least" 22 Democrats thinking of running for president in 2020. So who among them had the best 2017? Below is my list, in descending order, of the strongest members of the emerging 2020 Democratic field, along with some thoughts on their political fortunes. Spoiler alert: It's not a pretty sight.

Yeah, I went over to that Chamber of Horrors. 

Why is there even a democrat party?  They cannot dredge up a single good candidate against a man they are sure is eminently beatable.

At one time, I thought Cory Booker might be a rising star but he's made some major blunders and whatever star power he had has lost its shine.

That Kristen gal is supposedly likable but she's made some blunders that would come back to haunt her.

The other K girl, Kamela, has kept a low profile but that's kinda the problem ... nobody's heard of her.

The others listed are just laughable.

LOL. I love these lists 3 years out. If they held any water Jeb! would be President now instead of being the disgrace he is.

Cuomo and Harris will definitely run.  They left O'Malley out because he did so poorly last year.  He'll run again.

I predict it's gonna be Kamala Harris.

The time to start doing research on her is NOW -- before it gets buried or "sealed", as with obama...

Nobody had heard of Carter in 76 or Clinton in 92.  Few remembered Obama from 04.
