@mystery-ak

“[The] president cannot obstruct justice because he is the chief law enforcement office under [the Constitution’s Article II] and has every right to express his view of any case,”

"express his view of any case", is not like taking action to fire someone to stop a case, which is what he is suspected of doing.

The only person who has total control of the population is a King or Dictator.  Trump thinks he is both and can fire anyone he wants and do anything he wants, like stop a legal case.  He could do that with his company, he was always in legal trouble, but he has yet to learn he doesn't own this country.

   Thanks @Victoria33 for getting us back on topic, really.
No government in the 12,000 years of modern mankind history has led its people into anything but the history books with a simple lesson, don't let this happen to you.

There are no real "grounds" for impeachment, because it is not a criminal charge. It is a purely political act and, literally, anything can be cited as the cause of action...the charge could be "failing to trim his toenails" for example. In legal terms, it is VERY true that the president cannot commit the crime of obstruction nor collusion. Those terms can be tossed into an impeachment article, but so could "swiss cheese" or "bananas". It is not a legal case that is made, but rather, a political one.

So the whole Clinton impeachment was a waste of time then??

According to Judge Napolitano:

...."Obstruction of justice is a crime no matter who commits it, if done for a corrupt purpose. It's also an impeachable offense," he said, adding that the charge is "intentionally not easy to prove" for a prosecutor....

Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Idiot.  Of course the president can obstruct justice (and no, before the Trump-lovin' pantywaists get all twisted up, I'm not saying Trump obstructed justice).
