Has New Chance to Target Abortion FundingBy Joe Crowe |The Trump administration has a new chance to oppose funding of abortion providers such as Planned Parenthood and others, according to The Hill.The Department of Health and Human Services will set the terms for Title X grants, a federally funded family health program that conservatives have opposed.
