Franken pledges to regain trust in Thanksgiving apology
By Brandon Conradis - 11/23/17 07:02 PM EST

Embattled Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.), who is facing a growing number of allegations of sexual misconduct, issued a new statement on Thursday promising to regain the trust of Minnesotans and apologizing for past behavior.

“I feel terribly that I’ve made some women feel badly and for that I am so sorry, and I want to make sure that never happens again,” Franken said in a Thanksgiving message shared by a reporter with Minnesota Public Radio.

“And let me say again to Minnesotans that I’m sorry for putting them through this and I’m committed to regaining their trust.”

Didn't he say in one of his books that the last time he apologized he didn't mean it?
I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them.

"I feel terribly that I've made some women feel badly"

He cannot even made a decent apology.  Bad grammar and blaming the women.

But let's lynch Roy Moore and hand that seat over to another Al Franken, because we need to show the country that we're Morally Superior to Dems./SSSSS

Not me, honey.  I have a bunch of smiley faces ready to post on EVERY thread on here when Roy Moore wins the election.

To elect that creepy liberal because of some transparent attempt to smear Moore would be the height of stupidity.
