Okay, I followed the link and looked at the assertions. They are pretty weak. The headlines imply that Moore's wife is deliberately spreading false information, but the evidence appears more to be that she's making hasty judgements, and not knowingly spreading false information.
She couldn't find any recent accounts of an "Old Hickory House", so she concluded it was made up. She was mistaken.
She circulated a list of pastors that had previously endorsed Moore, and the complaint is that she didn't check with them after the assertions about Moore had come forth, to see if they still endorsed him.
She probably just assumed they would stick by him.
Very shaky evidence to assert/imply she is deliberately circulating fake news. In fact, I regard it as "fake news" to claim that she is circulating fake news. A more accurate title would be "Moore's Wife circulating inaccurate claims.
