Huckabee to headline local anti-abortion dinner

EVANSVILLE - Mike Huckabee -- former presidential candidate, Arkansas governor and television personality -- will speak at April's Right to Life of Southwest Indiana spring banquet.

The banquet, which annually attracts about 2,000 people, is scheduled April 19 at The Old National Events Plaza in Evansville.

Huckabee, who won the Republican Party's Iowa presidential caucus in 2008, is the father of Sarah Huckabee Sanders, President Donald Trump's press secretary. He was governor of Arkansas from 1996 to 2007.
