Anyone know what Paul was using to mow? He seems like the sort of loser that has some POS Craftsman rider or an old Snapper he found at the curb on garbage nite 20 years ago.

Dude, that's the lawnmower I inherited from my father.  It's over 30 years old.  I had to replace the engine, but there ain't nothing wrong with keeping a machine like that running.

I actually gave up keeping it running after the alcohol in the gas wrecked the carb.

I'm gettin old and would rather pay for the service.

Now you hit a nerve. Those things are a safety hazard they spill so much fuel. Whenever I see an old style metal gas can at a yard sale I stop and grab it.

Kidding?  We have such huge gopher tortoise holes out in the back pasture that hubby had to get the truck and chain out there one time to get the mower unstuck.

It's the least-serious assault charge.

508.030 Assault in the fourth degree.
    (1) A person is guilty of assault in the fourth degree when:
        (a) He intentionally or wantonly causes physical injury to another person; or
        (b) With recklessness he causes physical injury to another person by means of a
deadly weapon or a dangerous instrument.
   (2) Assault in the fourth degree is a Class A misdemeanor.


If he'd been a schoolteacher or volunteer instead of a Senator, it would have been Assault in the third degree!

Not really.  Depends on the hazards.  I have a always needed a rollbar on my mower. My mowing style made my x-husband crazy, but not enough for him to get out of the chair and do it himself.  Those cow catcher front bumbers are nice too.

Of course he's a GOPer so the news barely mentions it.
