Ann-Laure Decadt, 31, a mother-of-two from Roeselare in West Flanders, was with her mother and sisters
She died in hospital after being rushed away by the scene along with 12 other people who were injured
Five Argentinian men who were visiting the city also died after being knocked off their Citibikes
Ariel Erlij, Hernán Mendoza, Diego Angelini, Alejandro Pagnucco and Hernán Ferruchi were all killed
Terror suspect Sayfullo Saipov, 29, drove for 17 blocks down the West Side Highway before coming to a stop
Nine people remain in hospital including one who had to undergo a double amputation to survive

The eight victims of Tuesday's terrorist attack in New York City have all been identified.
They are Belgian mother-of-two Ann-Laure Decadt, 31, Argentinians Hernan Diego Mendoza-Espino, 47, Alegandro Damian Mendoza-Espino, 47, Herman Ferruchi, 47, Diego Enrique, 47 and Ariel Erlis, 48, New Jersey resident Darren Drake, 32, and Manhattan resident Nicholas Cleves, 23.
Ann-Laure Decadt, 31, from Roeselare in West Flanders, was the only female victim.
She was riding her bike with her mother and two sisters when she was hit from behind. She was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
