Do you really need to eat breakfast?

October 26, 2017 by Julie Davis,

(HealthDay)—When you were growing up, Mom might have told you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But when you're an adult trying to lose weight, you may not need to eat breakfast if you're just not hungry first thing in the morning.

Dieters have long been told to start the day with breakfast to stave off mid-morning hunger pangs and a dash to the breakroom for donuts. But when researchers compared the weight-loss results of a group of dieters who ate breakfast to those who didn't, they found no differences on the scale.

So should we break fast at noon?  Will dinner have to be called breakfast?

I eat breakfast at 9:30 no matter how early I wake up because food doesn't appeal to me first thing in the morning.

Works just fine for me.
Character still matters.  It always matters.

I wear a mask as an exercise in liberty and love for others.  To see it as an infringement of liberty is to entirely miss the point.  Be kind.

"Sometimes I think the Church would be better off if we would call a moratorium on activity for about six weeks and just wait on God to see what He is waiting to do for us. That's what they did before Pentecost."   - A. W. Tozer

Use the time God is giving us to seek His will and feel His presence.
