Bill O'Reilly serves legal summons to former New Jersey politician who accused him of sexual harassment
by Caitlin Yilek | Oct 27, 2017, 5:30 PM

Bill O’Reilly filed a legal summons Friday against a former New Jersey politician who accused the ousted Fox News host of sexually harassing his then-girlfriend.

Former New Jersey state assemblyman Michael Panter wrote a Facebook post Thursday detailing the alleged harassment, adding that the unnamed ex-girlfriend was pressured to keep quiet by Fox News executives.

In the summons of notice filed in the New York Supreme Court, O’Reilly argues his reputation was permanently damaged by the Facebook post that went viral.

I heard O'Reilly on Beck's show this morning saying he was going to take the offensive, namely, suing anyone who made false accusations about him.

Well, if he actually didn't harass her, then this is good.

The more false accusations that are out there, the less seriously the truthful ones will be taken.
