Texas Houston owners Bob McNair apologized Friday afternoon for comments he made during an owners meeting about national anthem protests.

McNair previously said about the national anthem protests, “We can’t have the inmates running the prison.”

It didn’t take long for him to change his tune and apologize. He released the following statement on Twitter:
My 'Viking Hunter' High Adventure Alternate History Series is FREE, ALL 3 volumes, at most ebook retailers including Ibooks, Barnes and Noble, Kobo, and more.

In Vol 2 the weapons come out in a winner take all war on two fronts.

Vol 3 opens with the rigged murder trial of the villain in a Viking Court under Viking law to set the stage for the hero's own murder trial.

The owner is exactly right in the point of his original comment, and we all know it, including the players.

Interesting that black NFL players smack talk like crazy on a football field, insulting other player's mothers, fathers, family, and anything else they can think of. But when an NFL owner uses an old saying to make a point, the players get all upset over that.

Let these protesting players walk out...permanently would be fine by me.

He used the wrong words but Never Apologize.

He should have said, We can't have the workers running the company.

The players have been hired to do a job and paid enormously.

They can say what they want on their own time, but, when on the field, they are on the job.
Against stupidity, the Gods themselves contend in vain.

I'd say he said the exact right words. Otherwise , I agree totally with your post.

Why one might ask? Are those the exact right words.

Because the "kneelers" are symptomatic of black"thug/urban black" culture. They are the problem. They are racists, they are bigots, and they are black supremacist.

They do not suffer anymore from "Da PoPo" than do whites. In fact whites are shot far more often.. for far less aggravating circumstance, than blacks. Given the chalk marks, it is even more pronounced

Blackytude.... that is what the "kneelers" should be protesting... oh Snap.... right.

Should have said, "Lunatics running the asylum."
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16

Except he was correct..... inmates. The Lunatics in that asylum are the ones letting the inmates/black thugs call the shots.

Point understood...but then the miscreants would have cried that he's calling them lunatics.

Doesn't matter what anyone says against the left, the left is going to spin it to suit their leftist narrative.

The NFL owner should not have apologized.
