Sorry, but I still don't see "bodies" being taken out of Hooters. And the video is shot too far away.
I didn't see bodies being taken out either, that was the comment of the person who shot the video, who kept wishing he had a pair of binoculars. They had been told not to leave their rooms, and from sounds and commentary in the background, didn't want to attract attention to themselves from LEOs which might include a search of the room.
I checked the back doors of the ambulances through the video, and with one exception I noted, the ones on the street were closed and seemed to remain that way. If people were being loaded in, that's the way they would have gone into the vehicle unless multiple ambulatory patients were being put in through a side door, which ordinarily would be on the passenger side of the vehicle.
Some vehicles were parked under the awning there, and those might have had people put in them.
Also, watch to see where they are going. Mandalay Bay and the concert venue are in the upper right of the frame, and he picks the (cell phone?) up and points that out in the video. I am not sure of which direction they would take if they were transporting patients from that location, and that might help clarify what actually had been recorded.
