Of course it's a joke. But there is truth in all humor, otherwise it's not funny or interesting. 😉

Truth in that cartoon?

I think not.

Also @Frank Cannon is never wrong, unless, of course, he's discussing Evan McMuffin or Trump.

I'm not sure if this was mentioned or not, but I think for the most part it's an intentional humorous dig at Time Magazine, which as we all know is a bastion of leftist journalism.

If the picture parody was real, it would gall Time Magazine to no end to basically have to put the pic with the MAGA message on their cover, and acknowledge that Trump is doing a great job.

Then again, with a leftist piece of trash like Time Magazine, perhaps they wouldn't use the pic on their cover. They might fold their Democratic Party mouthpiece before admitting that Trump is doing a great job.

Nah.............. it's a thread about something interesting.   Don't get too wrapped up in the "bash each other" meme.

It's what people do on political forums, and this one is far more cordial than most (a few posters excepted).

My guess....... and as you have said, it's only a guess.......... is that Donald Jr. had a pretty rough upbringing, with his Dad's multiple wives and far more than that, dalliances, as well as professional obsession and greed.  I'm guessing he wasn't around as much as his sons needed him to be to grow into emotionally healthy men.

He may be normal, but the odds are against it.

None of us know the truth about the Trump kids upbringing.  So far, the kids are looking much better than many presidential kids.

Ivanka was, as far as I can gather, a good mother.  And she basically raised the older kids.

I think judging other people as parents gets us into dangerous territory.
Against stupidity, the Gods themselves contend in vain.

I'm not judging.......... I'm guessing.   But considering the brokenness of his home and how that affects kids, it's probably a reasonable guess.

Yes, Frank he is/was a Clown, on that we agree.
I just think your obsession with him borders on delusion, tin foil status, and almost as bad as my Trump phobia, it's not healthy my Dr. keeps telling me, sometimes I worry about ya but most the times-NOT!

I do love the fact that President Trump is trying to Make America Great Again, versus the left that wishes to Tear America Down Again as they did for eight years under their socialist idol Barry boy.

That's the way Trump supporters feel about our president, and the way the left feels about our country.

You can believe this or not, it's your prerogative.

Oh, I KNOW that's how "Trump supporters" feel.  There's ample evidence of your devotion daily.

(Let me know when you think America is "great again," and exactly how the President got that done.....)

Yeah, he should be mocked, because that crap is damned embarrassing.

Yep, our political system has been turned into a comic book.

It's so damn surreal that I am still trying to wake up..

I do love the fact that President Trump is trying to Make America Great Again...

It's disconcerting to read so many Americans that demonstrate willful ignorance about what constituted this nation's liberty so as to embrace the zeitgeist that the Executive is a benevolent monarchy or a divine dictatorship at the hand of a single politician they have lofted all their hopes and dreams upon.

Human nature is to demand a king that grants them sustenance and punish those they hate.  Of course liberty cannot survive in any capacity in such an environment of belief and thinking, but this people no longer have any use for liberty.

They want provision and license, and think their Caesar will provide all the greatness they aspire him to hand them.

Fart for freedom, fart for liberty and fart proudly.  - Benjamin Franklin

...Obsta principiis—Nip the shoots of arbitrary power in the bud, is the only maxim which can ever preserve the liberties of any people. When the people give way, their deceivers, betrayers and destroyers press upon them so fast that there is no resisting afterwards. The nature of the encroachment upon [the] American constitution is such, as to grow every day more and more encroaching. Like a cancer, it eats faster and faster every hour." - John Adams, February 6, 1775

All the cool people only see 4 pages.

No need to thank Frank and I for making this thread actually worth reading.  The complaints from the crankypants around here are thanks enough.
