Cleveland Heights latest city struggling with immigration policy

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio - Cleveland Heights is the latest local community struggling with how they want police to deal with people suspected of being undocumented immigrants.
A public hearing will be held Tuesday night for input on a proposed law that says police and city officials generally won't contact federal immigration officials if they come upon an undocumented person.
