Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., on Twitter Saturday slammed President Donald Trump for his recent actions on healthcare, Iran and Puerto Rico, saying the president was failing to lead and throwing "destructive bones to his base" while telling Congress to fix things.
