Former GOP staffer is shot 13 times, killed in his sleep

A former GOP staffer who interned for Marco Rubio and campaigned for President Trump was fatally shot in his sleep, sheriff's deputies said.

Nick Corvino, 30, was found in his Kissimmee, Fla., home on Tuesday with 13 gunshot wounds to his back, head and legs, according to an arrest affidavit cited by the Orlando Sentinel.

His roommate Scott Waddell, 45, who was arrested and charged with first-degree murder, later told authorities he had entertained thoughts about killing young men.

Horrible, the roommate did it. Pictures of the deceased and alleged murderer at link.

Upon seeing these pictures, well, I wonder how Corvino ever got a roommate like this Waddell? He looks pretty strange.

Strange story. The roommate appears to have been mad as a hatter. Did some googling, etc., and found leftists claiming Corvino had dirt on Trump's Russian connection, that's why he was killed. 

The young man had returned to work at Disney World - said on Facebook he was taking a break from politics.
