"If the party can't be fixed ... I'm not going to be able to support the party. Period. That's the end of it ... But have I given up? No," Ohio Gov. John Kasich said to CNN's Jake Tapper Sunday. The bottom line: Kasich has been one of President Trump's most vocal opponents within the party, and some point to him as a likely primary challenger in 2020. But Kasich seems to be toying with the idea of leaving the GOP entirely — though he said for now he remains committed to trying to change it from within.https://www.axios.com/kasich-if-gop-cant-be-fixed-i-cant-support-it-2491654687.html
I don't think we can tolerate any more of Kasich's fixes.
Kasich wants to change the party from within? Why bother? It's already as liberal as he is.
Kasich has still done more on social issues than Fred Cruz, whose garbage we are suppose to worship as a true conservative.
Tom, get a shovel. Your horse manure pile is getting high.
The only person ever harmed by a grudge is the fool who chooses to carry it.
You're right John, the GOP can't be fixed and there are going to millions who rejoice when you leave; just as we will when McCain and McConnell retire (one way or the other).I like the idea of a self-draining swamp!
I wonder what his father used to do for a living. Not sure I ever heard him say ...
I think he was a mailman! Too bad John didn't follow his lead!
He did. He became a lazy Govt' employee.
