Four days following Maria the president took his staff to his golf club to discuss his newest travel ban.   Took time out to go to Alabama and call the NFL kneelers        sons of bitches.  According to those who were there....he never did bring up hurricane relief.

President Obama should have gone to Louisiana days ago, instead of golfing. Too little, too late!

Trumpers must be in a pretty good mood to not bring up the fact that this is Ted's cousin 43 times removed.
No government in the 12,000 years of modern mankind history has led its people into anything but the history books with a simple lesson, don't let this happen to you.

Hurricane relief was happening, so what if Trump didn't Tweet about it?

The San Juan mayor responded to President Trump's tweets

San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz responded to President Trump's tweets on Saturday and said she has no time for "small politics" amid Puerto Rico’s recovery efforts from Hurricane Maria.

Cruz told CNN that she was aware of his tweets later in the afternoon because the internet was spotty in Puerto Rico. When asked what she thought about his tweets, she said, "I just think hes looking for an excuse for things that are not going well."

See trumpers defending the lack of attention to this national disaster while ranting about the NFL and his latest travel ban.

I am so not a Trumper, but how is there a "lack of attention to this national disaster"?  The ports are full of relief supplies.  Until the people of PR get out there and clear the roads and get traffic moving again, what more can the "Trump" do?
My avatar shows the national debt in stacks of $100 bills.  If you look very closely under the crane you can see the Statue of Liberty.

Head of FEMA speaks.

FEMA administrator Brock Long defended a series of tweets from President Trump blasting San Juan’s mayor for criticizing the relief efforts following Hurricane Maria.

In an interview on CNN, Long suggested that Carmen Yulin Cruz, the mayor of Puerto Rico’s capital city, has failed to connect with a command center FEMA set up on the island to help with the relief effort.

“The problem that we have with the mayor unfortunately is that unity of command is ultimately what’s needed to be successful in this response,” Long told CNN’s Fredricka Whitfield.

“What we need is for the mayor, the good mayor, to make her way to the joint field office and get plugged into what’s going on and be successful,” he continued, adding that, “I think that’s the bottom line on that tweet.”

Earlier in the day, Trump blasted Cruz over what he apparently saw as criticism over his response to the Category 4 hurricane, which hit Puerto Rico on Sept. 20. The storm destroyed much of Puerto Rico’s power grid and has left at least two dozen people dead. Many residents are without safe drinking water and fuel.

Cruz may end up like Ray Nagey (sp.)... We knew he was corrupt and now he's in the pokey for ten years.

She probably needs to shut up before he lack of efficiency and cooperation starts to be investigated.
Against stupidity, the Gods themselves contend in vain.

She can't help herself.      Trump played her like a violin.
