Collins: 'Very difficult' to imagine voting for ObamaCare repeal bill
By Jordain Carney - 09/24/17 09:18 AM EDT

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) signaled on Sunday that she is unlikely to support the latest GOP ObamaCare repeal effort, but said she hasn't made a final decision.

"It’s very difficult for me to envision a scenario where I would end up voting for this bill," she told CNN's "State of the Union."

She added that she has "a number of serious reservations" about the bill, including its impact on "cost and coverage," Medicaid and the "erosion of protections" for pre-existing conditions.

As I myself and numerous others predicted many years ago, Obamacare will never be repealed. No entitlement program ever is.

Excuses excuses, but never any path forwardput up by any of them. The US Senate is nothing but a class of ass clowns making noise.

That is one of the chief reasons why no entitlement is ever repealed. The rules are made by those excepted from them.

Collins: What kind of woman do you think I am?
McConnell: We’ve already established that. Now we’re just haggling over the price.
No government in the 12,000 years of modern mankind history has led its people into anything but the history books with a simple lesson, don't let this happen to you.

And who will pay, because McTurtle surely wouldn’t use his own money.

Everybody wants it repealed, but nobody can agree on just how to do it.

They did it once already, back in 2015. A full repeal, all of ONE sentence. Surely they could again?

In all fairness to Collins..... she and McConnell are, after all, in the exact same profession.
