24 Sep 2017 – Three districts in the Krasnoyarsk Territory lost electricity after to strong wind and wet snow damaged power lines.
According to the regional emergency ministry, more than 27,000 people in the Krasnoturansky, Balakhta and Idrinsky areas
suffered the . disconnection.
