I'd be very surprised if they didn't have them.

South Korea does not have them. Seoul abandoned its nuclear weapons program in the 1970s, but has the latent technical capacity to produce nuclear weapons.

I was stationed at Kunsan and spent time in the ammo dumps.  Knew they were there but didn't go into the bunkers.

The stars and stripes new paper said there were 2000 of them at Kunsan in 1991 or so.
