Understanding decomposition can hold the key to solving murders, finding missing people and crucially recognising them, and that is why "body farms" exist.

Interesting.  At first I thought it would be about growing body parts of harvesting body parts, but it's about studying the science of human decomposition outside.  Quite useful.
