President Donald Trump on Wednesday took to Twitter in another attempt to shame Senate Republicans into changing the filibuster rules.

He's right.

That ought to be a requirement of his offer to help any conservative Senate candidates in 2018 -- a pledge to vote against the filibuster once they're in office.
