Al Gore's advice for Trump: 'Resign'
by John Siciliano | Aug 17, 2017, 3:30 PM

Former Vice President Al Gore said his one piece of advice to President Trump would be to "resign" immediately.

Gore made the statement in a video interview published Thursday on LAD Bible, the United Kingdom's largest entertainment website. He was there to discuss climate change and his new documentary, "An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power," which was released this month.

The interviewer asked if there was "one piece of advice" for Trump, what would it be? He responded: "Resign."

The interview appears to have been recorded before the premiere of Gore's new film in the U.K. on Aug. 10. Gore's remarks are not in response to Trump's remarks about the weekend violence in Charlottesville, Va.

Most of the interview focuses on the threat from climate change and the fossil fuel industry's campaign to undermine the science behind it. His issues with Trump in the interview have to do with his June 1 decision to withdraw from the Paris climate change agreement.

Its good the reporter made a special mention of this because if Gore did criticize Trump for his Charlottestville comments someone might decide to look into Gore's family history on race relations.

A liar, thief, second banana in the arguably most corrupt administration in the history of the United States and someone is supposed to take his advice on a question of ethics? In what bizarro world would that ever make sense? Wait I found the answer!

The glass is always half full in the 'what if' dimension.  We would have been screaming for his resignation 8 months into his first  term, also, had a certain Supreme Court Justice decided to screw us again?
