When Bill de Blasio made the decision to travel to Hamburg, Germany to address a gathering of radical leftists, socialists, and anarchists at the G-20 summit it was suspected by many that he had ulterior motives.

Hizzoner bolted his own city on the day after a female NYPD officer was assassinated in her police vehicle to oppose President Donald Trump across the pond which angered many of his actual constituents in an election year.


As the great American writer H.L. Mencken once wrote ”The cynics are right nine times out of ten” and those cynics who saw the genesis of a White House run in de Blasio’s trip across the pond – including this humble author – were on the mark.
